taken.
Mental stress should be tackled by recreation such as medication, prayer, sports,

1.Boil 8-10 leaves of tulsi with 5-6 cloves in 1 ltr of water. store it in a bottle and drink it when thirsty.
2.Take amla, Munakka and pomegranate daily.
3. Take 2 tablets of Guduchi ghan vati or 2 tablets or Indriyavadi vati twice a day with luke warm water.
4. Drink milk with turmeric.
5. Apply 2 drops of anu tail/ sesame oil in both nostrils daily in the morning.
6. Do dhoopana ( Herbal fumigation) at homes.
7. Maintain personal hygiene.
